djarum Mobile App

We built the djarum mobile app to keep your account, payments, and gaming accessible from any device. Access on Android via APK download or on iOS through a browser-based progressive web app. Our app works offline for select features and delivers push notifications for live-game updates, withdrawal confirmations, and account alerts. Mobile-first design means djarum runs smoothly on older phones too. We optimized the interface for small screens, fast navigation, and low data usage. QRIS scan-and-pay deposits work directly from the app, and your account syncs across devices. Whether you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or elsewhere, the app lets you deposit via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) without re-entering payment details.

Our app is available only where local law permits. You remain responsible for verifying that access and use comply with your jurisdiction's regulations. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest. Your login credentials and payment information never appear in unencrypted form. Account recovery is available via email or registered mobile number if you forget your password.

How to access djarum on your phone

The djarum mobile experience works across three paths. Android users can download our native APK from our official download page or via a direct link. iOS users access djarum through Safari or another mobile browser, which opens our progressive web app — no App Store listing required. Web users on desktop or tablet can use the same browser-based platform. All three paths give you the same account, balance, and game library.

Our Android app offers offline caching for faster load times and push notifications for account events. The iOS web app works identically and supports home-screen shortcuts so it behaves like a native app. Network requirement is minimal — our app runs on 4G, 5G, or Wi-Fi. On slower connections, pages load in full but display cleanly. We do not require constant connectivity; some features (such as transaction history viewing) work offline.

Installation steps for Android

1. Download the APK file

   Tap the Android APK button above; your phone downloads djarum.apk to your Downloads folder.

2. Allow unknown sources (if required)

   Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. Some Android versions default to this already.

3. Open the file and install

   Find djarum.apk in Downloads, tap it, and follow the install prompt. The app appears on your home screen once complete.

4. Launch and sign in

   Tap the djarum icon, enter your email and password, and you are in. If you do not have an account, tap Create account to register.

Installation steps for iOS

1. Open Safari on your iPhone

   Visit our main site or tap the iOS Web App link above. You will see the djarum login page.

2. Tap the Share button

   At the bottom of Safari, tap the Share icon (square with an arrow), then select Add to Home Screen.

3. Confirm and add

   The app name appears as "djarum". Tap Add, and it is saved to your home screen as an icon.

4. Launch from your home screen

   Tap the djarum icon whenever you want to log in. The web app opens with your account ready to use.

App vs browser — features and performance

The djarum app (Android APK) includes offline caching, which means your game history, account settings, and previous bets load instantly even if your connection drops briefly. Push notifications alert you when a withdrawal completes, a live game starts, or your account requires action. On iOS or desktop, the browser version is equally fast but relies on your connection — there is no offline mode. Both paths use the same backend, so your balance and transaction history are identical. Choose the app for notifications and speed; choose the browser if you prefer not to install anything.

Device compatibility

We support Android 7 and above on the APK. Older devices may experience slower performance but will still run the app. On iOS, our web app works on iOS 12 and newer via Safari, Chrome, or Firefox. We test on devices with 2 GB of RAM or more. If your phone has less RAM, the app may pause e-walletefly when switching between games, but it still functions. Internet speed matters more than device age — a newer phone on slow Wi-Fi will lag more than an older phone on 4G.

Common installation questions

If installation fails on Android, check that Unknown Sources is enabled in your phone's Security settings. Some carriers or regional models block APK installs by default. If you see a certificate-trust warning, it is normal — tap Install anyway. The djarum APK is signed by our servers and safe to install. If you lose the djarum.apk file, download it again from our site; each version is identical. On iOS, if the home-screen shortcut does not work, clear Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try adding to home screen again.

Unknown Sources error

Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it. This allows APK installation from outside the Google Play Store.

Certificate warning

djarum APK is self-signed. Tap Install anyway — the app is secure and verified by our servers.

App crashes on startup

Uninstall the app, clear cache in Settings, restart your phone, and reinstall the latest APK.

iOS shortcut not responding

Force-close Safari, clear cache, and recreate the home-screen shortcut using Add to Home Screen.

Data, permissions, and account security on djarum

Our app requests only the permissions it needs: internet (to connect to djarum servers), device storage (to cache game data offline), and notification permission (to send alerts). We do not request access to your contacts, calendar, or location. All personal data you provide (email, mobile, KYC documents) is encrypted using industry-standard TLS. We store payment methods securely and do not retain full card or account numbers. Two-factor authentication is available — enable it in your account settings to add a second security layer.

If you forget your password, tap the Forgot Password link on the login screen. We send a reset link to your registered email within minutes. If you lose access to your email, contact our support team with your username and registered mobile number. We verify your identity through a security question and SMS code before resetting your account. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi, support response times may extend by one business day due to regional holidays. Your account data is regularly backed up and cannot be lost even if our servers experience an outage.

We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties. We use your information only to process payments, verify your identity, provide support, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. If you request account deletion, we retain only the minimum data required by law for audit and compliance purposes. You can download a full copy of your data anytime by contacting support with your account ID.
